Only shot one in the Northern Transvaal raiding the farmers garden.....338 1 Bab 0Are they protected or do they get culled?
My impression from a few trips in Namibia is that if you are on a ”hunting farm” by which I mean the owners are farmers first and hunting guides secondly you will be told to whack any jackals or baboons you see without asking.PH were charging £100 for baboons last year
Odd. Shot several yellows in luangwaDepends where you are and what sort of Baboons they are. I used to hunt the Kinda with dogs but yellows were protected in that area. This was in Zambia.

In Namibia I was told to shoot every cheetah or jackal I saw.So in general what are regarded as pests if anything given regional differences in deepest darkest?
Just looking at what 'you' are quoting/paying for Baboons and Buffalo.PH were charging £100 for baboons last year
