I am delighted to see that neither of your boys, has a small 'cuddly' soft toy hanging off their packs.

Look again at my 'back-pack'.

It has a wee dog, strapped to the back of it.

That was given to me by my 'girlfriend' at the time. She also (this is going to get embarrassing), sprayed it with her perfume so that I would be 'reminded' of her on my travels....

I very much enjoyed the day.

I have only ever shot one Boar, and it is unlikely that I will ever shoot another - but that is not the point.

The only (real) option to shoot Boar in the UK is over bait stations - and that is not for everyone.

You can stalk them on foot, but that is not common in this country.

As for driven Boar aboard - dependent on your Outfitter (always the case), that can be a wee bit (forgive) 'hit and miss'.

Also not a cheap thing to do, for anyone (me) of limited means.

Anyhoo, always fun to learn.

It’s a shame that you have a shortage of Boar.

Feral Pigs are widespread in Australia and population density varies.

They are a pest animal and some harvest to eat them . There is a harvesters course if you intend to sell to the chillers.

Generally you do not have to a person of means to hunt them so long as you can manage a little travel and gain access somewhere.

Basically you can shoot them for free unless you pay for property access and then it’s still self guided or guided hints in Tropical areas might be more expensive and yield bigger animals.

In dry areas it can be hit and miss you might spend a weekend looking for them and not get one or you might shoot multiple pigs.
