3 rounds in 10mm statistically adjusted indicates a 0.456 MOA rifle
8 rounds in 19mm statistically adjusted indicates a 0.54 MOA rifle

FWIW, between us, me and my .308 R8 have managed a few sub 1/2 MOA 5 shot groups and a number of sub-MOA 5 shot groups...but also some over 2" (with PPU FMJ)
Most of my 5 round groups over 1" include a sub 1/2" group of 3...
It is just a standard hunting rifle barrel and over 800 odd rounds (mainly load development) the 5 shot groups average around an inch which according to the correction factor in the

It will be interesting to see how you get on with your Blaser, and I hope it will not be any less accurate than your Sakos.
