It certainly did for me. A really worthwhile exercise. Thanks, that was a satisfying couple of minutes ignoring people! Lets see if it makes a difference to my viewing pleasure!

I know just how you feel...Just going through my facebook '' friends'' at the moment.....If you had and I had blocked you then I wouldn't be able to see what you are writing so it wouldn't matter! I've got a strangely comfortable 'Ostrich with head in sand' feeling at the moment and I quite like it!
Don't tell them your name Pike!who said that!![]()
You see nothing from them, its brilliant. Obviously none of the threads make any sense anymore but, like that girls shampoo slogan, 'its worth it'!Is it like the old blocking/ignore function where you could see they'd posted but you couldn't read it unless someone else quoted it or is it like Facebook where I you just see nothing from them at all?
Maybe I am the real RD?Ah there he is thought you had gone all RD on us lol
If you block someone can they read your posts?
I agree. I learn more from the people I disagree with.Under my post #36 was the phrase "show ignored content" which when I clicked it re-included your post that I had quoted.
Your actual earlier post had a "you are ignoring this poster" flag included which disappeared when I refreshed the page.
Still I reckon I would rather see everything that is posted even though there are some posters I disagree with some of the time...it would be a pain to miss a post which gave useful information even if it was from an irritating/disagreeable source...

That wasn't meant to be funny but I think I might inadvertently been absolutely flipping hilarious there...I agree. I learn more from the people I disagree with.
Kind regards,
