I am concentrating on brecky for now as that is where I struggle. I always thought that porridge was good, but now not sure because of carbs. Midday and evenings are easier I think because I like salad for example.
I have cut back on tatas and stopped even buying biscuits. Evening meals just don't seem right without spuds, rice or pasta.
A .gov lady is sending me out some booklets in the post, she suggested and avocado and two eggs for breakfast which doesn't have the same appeal as a full English, but hey ho.

Try buying smaller plates. Modern plates are very large and encourage eating too much. Then try eating the same things you like, and make time for yourself to get more physical activity in.
