I remember attending the 'Anno Domini' meetings very well. Also remember the NRA staff looking down their noses at us too.

In my experience, they looked upon Pistol shooters as a lower form of life.

With most things in the UK there' an undercurrent of class. I was late to the party so I can only base my observations on the former pistol shooters I know.

BSRC have now vacated the clubhouse that was built in 1998 by members - it is now a sad shell waiting to be turned into who knows what for the entertainment of the few with their range rovers & pockets deep enough to play the game.

I was informed today that the BRSC have just been given a seven year lease again obvs this is unconfirmed until someone on the BSRC can confirm or deny?

If that is given of any validity it would put Mr. Mercer on a par with Donald Trump in his capacity for cutting-edge deal making! As in who, in their right mind, would demolish a Tenant's infrastructure, then offer a lease on the attendant site debris, along with that to be found in an adjoining skip?

I can only think the person you spoke with LRB ment to say that the NRA are to honour the BSRC's range use calender for the next 7- years?
