Buffalo GF439 vac packer

I’ve had the above for some years, been mostly reliable, however it’s recently decided that it doesn’t want to seal the bags properly every time. Replaced the sealing bar and cleaned contacts, vacuum works as it should. Anyone had a similar issue / fix? Suggestions gratefully received

Have you changed the bags you use?
I have a Buffalo packer. I wish I'd never bought it. It barely seals a 90 micron bag, even on the highest seal time setting. Changing to heavier duty bags results in lots of incomplete seals.

Is the inside of the bag perfectly dry where it seals? I find even with my Henkelman if the bag is wet it'll not seal.

Sealing a large number of bags of frozen produce in quick succession will also result in some poor seals.

I’ve had it a number of years, worked fine at first. Let me down last year and assuming it needed a replacement sealing bar, I changed it, but the problem remains. Use standard bags, always fold before stuffing so edges are dry etc. I suspect it’s an electrical glitch that’s beyond my technical abilities..I’ll muddle on with my Lidl machine!
