Burger Press

I've just got a cheap plastic one - might be an Andrew James one. I also use the wax paper dividers - pretty essential I'd say. I've made loads without a press but do prefer the way they hold together a bit better when pressed.

A cheap and cheerful plastic version, under a fiver from Wilko, it has given reliable service for four years. Good value IMO.

Cheap plastic one from ebay, came with wax paper discs too (essential as the mince sticks like s%$t on a blanket otherwise) all for under £3 delivered. It's lasted a couple of years and about 200 burgers and still going strong.
