Butcher for deer in surrey?

I have an arrangement with a butcher but he’s been getting greedy and keeping more and more meat so looking for someone else also.
Try doing one your self! I will cut up "for the farm" a Red or Fallow in to Steaks and bags of stew-meat then end up with a big pile of hide, rib cage, leg bones and that is a lot to go in a waste bin!

The old saying "If you want it done right" (do it your self)

Also you learn a lot from cutting up a deer as God put all the lines to follow, half of a haunch you can run your thumb along once you knife a start.
