Some people too lazy to join dots!![]()
Hi Tom.I’m not quite sure on the legality of the situation and what my next steps should be.
Yeh , I wasn’t really assuming though. It was blindingly obvious who it was .Really not a fan of anyone 'assuming' anything and then posting on the back of it.
Read #60Hi Tom.
Your next step depends on how many of the following you have;
1 A copy of original avert
2. A part copy of his FAC, stating name, address , possession of the rifle.
3. Your correspondence, agreeing to purchase it and the arrangement to hold and post at a later date.
4 Proof of payment.
5 Any correspondence since then.
If you have the above, going to the small claim court should be easy.
Also, how did you pay?
Some payment methods help in these situations, some don't.
As others have said - don't turn up at his door.
Good luck.

Would be “nice” if the seller could see his way and reply to the OP on this thread…Thanks.
I'm pleased it's sorted.
I didn't have time to read 5 pages of posts, I just shared my view.
@admin - maybe this thread should be closed to any more comments.
Nothing to be gained by that, now the situation has apparently been resolved.Would be “nice” if the seller could see his way and reply to the OP on this thread…
