Carcass Inspection

I did my DSC1 a while ago and as part of that gained the hygiene qualification. I would like to brush up on my carcass inspection skills. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good videos online (or courses - if they don't cost the earth and aren't at the other end of the country - I'm Suffolk based).
Cheers.

I can recommend an excellent course, but unfortunately it is "at the other end of the country".
A gralloching and larder work course run by @flyingfisherman in Yorkshire (if he's still doing them?)
It really would be worth the journey.
You get to gralloch and inspect numerous deer, of three different species, under Ben's expert guidance, in a single day.

Did you do it Pre 2021 or after. If you did it after you only have the theory and will gain the Game Meat Hygiene when you get your level 2 .

Have a look at the BDS training and mentoring scheme. Based in Norfolk
