Carpathian Adventure

This was my third trip for rutting stag and chamois and it didn't disappoint, the stag trophy weighed 11.8kg:

It must be wonderful to hunt in such surroundings, such a simple way of life far from 21st century bustle and hustle of too many people vying for every small space, If I were younger and with the hindsight that comes with age, I should have liked to relocate to such a place. the solitude appeals to me, and the tales of Transylvania and the Carpathian mountains are mythical. Its not hard to see why when looking at photos such as these. thank you for posting them.

We stayed each night in Brasov which is an amazing city, excellent bars and restaurants which was in stark contrast the rural poverty I saw each day
