Wife has kept Christmas dinner a suprise this year and I have just found out what we are having.

Venison carppachio to start follow by a boned chicen stuffed with phesant turkey and duck plus sausage meat and a stuffing. I cannot wait, just laying the table then kickoff.

Mrs Norma excelled ,fallow haunch was so so tender I'm stuffed .venison is such a superb meat we've given some as Xmas presents this year too .

Just had a splendid Christmas dinner courtesy of my good mrs. Now sharing a port ready for our cheese board later. Roast potatoes in boar fat, fesh veg dug last night and a great bird perfectly cooked turkey, moist holding the juices in the middle.

Just got to book my presents now.
