Anyone know of a good cobbler in the north west? Im looking to get my harkila boots re soled and would like to use a decent cobbler who would do a proper job on repairing them! Any help much appreciated

I sent my boots away to The Boot Repair Company for resoling.

A few weeks ago I posted a link to this company, but was unable to give any feedback other than to say they appeared to have a good reputation.
I can now add that the good reputation is justified.

Expensive? Yes, fairly. I could probably have bought another mid-range pair of boots for what this cost, but these fit me well, are comfy, and the leather is all in good condition. So on balance, I reckoned that resoling the pair was the better option.
