I've had a few cocktails in the beach bars in Florida with the missus... can't remember which ones though ...

A chap came into a local village pub called the Twenty Church Wardens... worth a look for the experience if you're in Norfolk... anyhow he asked for some sort of cocktail and the Landlady had a guess at what was in it... she was a funny old soul... no the chap say's it's such & such... her retort was "Well I never thought something wearing trousers would ever come in here and ask for a drink like that" it might have been funny in the right circumstances but the whole pub fell silent

Whisky sour

A boulevardier. Equal measures of sweet vermouth, campari and rye whiskey with a piece of orange zest and ice. It's my favourite cocktail but I mainly drink beer, scotch or rum. Try it if you like bitter drinks, it's fantastic.

That does sound good! I'm a whisky sour man myself, where fancy is concerned

Double shot of café patron (or similar) in the bottom of a pint of Guinness. Makes the pint that bit more cosy. After 3 or 4 things get wonky quickly
