Before I go out and spend my hard earned money,has anyone tried out the Crispi gtx boots ,looking for feedback,want something warm and waterproof,for highland stalking ,all recommendations are welcome.

Yup, comfortable but rear arch flex area worn out within a year, so no longer waterproof. Used 5 days a week for about 9 months.

Love mine they are like slippers, but with great comfort comes shorter life expectancy but I don’t mind that.
better than boots that last ages but cripple you in my opinion.

Saw some Crispi boots on Fieldsports Britain & had a google - £550…………strewth I thought Harkila was bad enough

The laces will eventually burst due to that stupid metal logo piece wearing through. Either unlace them and remove it (keep in the box) or carry spare laces in the field.

How often do you wax your boots” looks like not so much’ guilty of this myself’ and none last much more than a year ‘ with extensive use!
