CWD head

Hi all,
I managed to bag a buck CWD recently and wanted to mount the head, can anybody give me some practical starters, the bits that I'm most concerned about are the ears and nose. Do you have to use ear liners and how do I get the wet nose look. I know it’s a big ask, maybe you could recommend a good book.
