If you are going to go for Warne mounts which I have a set of on a CZ452 then this can be a bit of a saga....bear with this though.
You need to establish if you have a 3/8’s of an inch or 11mm rail. You should be able to find this out from either the CZ website or Edgar Brothers (UK importer).
Have a look at the below screen shot which then talks you through options.
The bottom bit is the most important-if you have an 11mm rail and a x56 mm scope go with Warne model 10005 (high). Worked for me. Rock solid, and made of steel so very robust. Good luck!

Both my 452's have a picatinny rail adapter on them.

I bought both rails from Kinneys in the US, but you can get something very similar over here.
The rail adapter works with either rail, as it has a little wiggle room in it, but once fitted it is snug and neither of mine has required adjusting in ten years of abuse by me.
