Deer Butchery Course

Can anyone recommend a deer butchery course in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire or Hertfordshire?

Mike Robinson used to do one - Yattendon way. maybe still does. Depends what you're after but I asked my local farm shop / game dealer nicely and they let me spend an afternoon with one of their butchers to learn how to do more refined cuts (rather than just break the carcass down into basics).

Thanks. Sadly I don’t think he does it anymore as he doesn’t have the restaurant down this way anymore!

I did mine , in Cambs, with a very good chap called Andy Papworth. Highly recommended.
