DNT zulus turning off.

Hi, has anyone had issues with zulus turning its self off after a shot?? I have emailed DNT to which they sent me an O ring and and battery cap. Popped out last night 3 out of 4 shots turned the scope off.. one shot turned the scopes screen red then turn its self off then came back on?? Was speaking to a mate that had his screen go red just last week..

Would be interested to see if others have had the same problem?

Had it a couple of times but since ive been really tightening the battery cap down it hasnt happened.

Had similar on an IR torch, the battery cap threads were covered in grease. Cleaned with alcohol and all good

Tighten the battery cap tighter than you ever tightened a battery cap before

I will tighten the battery cap even more and give it another go then

I had this happen on my .243 and I just really nipped up the cap and it was ok

I have had the same on a couple of occasions,
I have several flat top batteries, some of which appear to fit the Zulus better than others,
as above, tighten up a little more than you usually would
