If you are going down the route of a Kipplauf always choose a rimmed case. Even though non-rimmed will also work with a springloaded pin in the extractor which enters the extractor groove on the case. The K95 has this and it works. But it is just one more item that MIGHT fail. And it is so easily avoided by going rimmed.
I once owned a K95, but there was one issue I didn't like about it. This was the fact that the fore end is attached to the barrel, which made the rifle quite sensitive as to where you rest the fore end on shooting.
