Just got a call from my doctor’s saying form was ready to collect. Exactly one week after dropping off at surgery and cost £50. Happy with that!

Just collected mine after a week, but £100. They didn't invoice me at last renewal so I was happy as we are fortunate to have such a well run surgery.

Shambles of a process really. How the cost can range from free to upward of £150 for the same end product is bizarre. I must be one of the lucky ones in that my GP does mine for a nominal fee

My policy since this was introduced is to charge any doctor who I deal with higher fees to absorb their charges for me & my business partners as all 3 of us have FACs & SGCs
