Yes I suppose it all depends on where you are shooting to be fair.

Yes I can see it being an issue on a firing line. Then again you get folk just with muzzle brakes and no mod too

You don’t, they go in 3 directions.

Shooters on the next peg seem to think so!
It was an overbarrel model. I will be replacing it at the renewal that is going through at present. I don't know if it was extra pressure due to extra baffles that burst it, I had assumed that it was neglect on my part. I had another, end can, so I have been using that until renewal time, with 7mm baffles because the .223 baffles had bigger holes than the 7mm baffles.

JUst revisiting this as am looking at mid breaks. What is the full build spec and weight of the above. Looks absolutely perfect.
I have in mind: PSE Ultra lite ETac / Tikka T3x CTR action, Bartlein Varmint 22 -24", DPT mod break, with Leica Fortis on top...

Just over 12lb from memory. That includes magazine, sling and Spartan bipod.
