1) hang from the front legs per post #55 of thread mentioned at #10 here above
2) make only two cuts (from the inner side of the hide: less cuts, less loose hair;
3) skin from front legs and back down the carcass, thereby making any dirt, loose hair, blood specks etc fall down and away from the skinned part of the carcass.
