Hares they were like bloody flies every where i have my own perm 400 acres never seen a hare on there yesterday was so packed with game
good stuff !!!I expected 3 pages of "Congratulations on your first deer - hope you have well and truly caught the bug"
Instead there is a heap of to and fro that has probably taken the shine off for a newbie.
Folks - IMO we need to encourage people into this and help them learn and enjoy, you can think stuff without having to write it on a public forum. Great stuff from the kind person who gave the OP a chance to get into this properly - I wish I was in a position to help others into it (although they would probably learn more by watching me and then doing the opposite)
CONGRATULATIONS BOTTLETOPBILL - YOUR FIRST DEER IS A GREAT MOMENT - I HOPE YOU HAVE WELL AND TRULY CAUGHT THE BUG. HERE'S TO MANY MORE!!

Thanks got the bug and cant wait for my next stalk had to say No to next week as the other half is going to see P K at O2 .
Think it is better if she as one night out and i look after the kids. thinking ahead guys

Ah yes, the constant to and fro of trying to stay on the good side so you can get out and about! We are all in that boat
Congrats on your deer! Certainly will be the first of many - keep up the good work and keep the write ups coming - love a good cherry popping story!
