One of my favourites, we eat it all the time, usually with Balsamic vinegar and Olive oil.
Can I please ask what is the yellow sauce ?
The white accompaniment is potato salad ?

The yellow sauce is English mustard, lemon juice, sundried tomatoes, salt and pepper. It went very well with the carpaccio. The white accompaniment is buffalo mozzarella.

Thanks, We sometimes have fresh Parmesan shavings as well but will give your 'mustard sauce' and mozzarella a whirl.

Muntjac and red wine cottage pie - whole frame mustard mash with a cheesy top to finish.

Tasted that bit better than previous ones as this was made with my first deer off of my first ever stalk.

Yes, I use all the Liver and Kidney Roe, Muntjac and Fallow.
I always use the heart if possible ( undamaged) look for my earlier post on this thread with stuffed heart (Cumberland sausage)
Liver is either breakfast or Pate, Kidneys go in devilled Kidneys for breakfast or in a pie as above.
