Thanks, We sometimes have fresh Parmesan shavings as well but will give your 'mustard sauce' and mozzarella a whirl.The yellow sauce is English mustard, lemon juice, sundried tomatoes, salt and pepper. It went very well with the carpaccio. The white accompaniment is buffalo mozzarella.

it's not just about presentation ,I say " get on the plate and get it ate "Fallow Mince Cottage Pie......difficult to present tidily ( and not in the IVY's league) but all that matters is the taste at the end of the day !!!!
