Having had all my long time farmers go out of stock rearing, milk production, along with my happy relocation to Wales, I am now having to twiddle my thumbs between stalking trips, If anyone in 30 mile radius of Ruthin knows of a landowner in need & you have enough of your own to go at, please PM. Now I'm off to count my hens teeth and those unicorn casts.

Good news ,it's a start , I've missed first day of beating, had surgery yesterday, so be a couple of weeks, but will still ask around..

As you well know, once you have the foot in the door with the first piece and show you're a safe pair of hands more ground tends to follow.

Farm behind me turned out to be a non runner, (Already covered), Lambs appearing this last week, hoping some farmer might need infill. ( But still been lucky with the stalking ground, new owners keeping us on), So can't complain.

My mate I stalk with is out 3 to 4 nights a week. Going out with 3 different lads covering a large area
