free stalk for a novice (update)

novices get your pms in to me 223 before the end of the month!!!!!!!

following on from johns idea about a small charity donation, if everyone is ok with this, i would like any money to be collected up(and sent to me) and i will donate it to The Mase Group
, this charity was co founded/setup by my mum (shes does it voluntary) to help people and their carers who suffer with dementia, following the long drawn out passing of my nan who had dementia and my mum cared for her thoughout.

Just seen this.I will take one out, but they must put £20 into a charity of their choice.Must attend in early march. No weekends left for does sorry.regards john YDS

Is it the same criteria as your original post Dave ? As in not able to afford paid stalking etc. etc.

I am very much a novice but can (though I wouldn't use the word easily !) afford paid stalking so not sure I qualify ?

Dave, I take my hat off to you! You are indeed a credit to the sport, there are not that many so willing to put something back in. The generosity of folk on this site is unbelievable!
At this rate you'll have every novice on here paired off with an experienced stalker. Talk about looking after the future of the sport. I take my hat off to you guys.
I hope that all the beginners who are lucky enough to benefit from this remember it in years to come, when they themselves are old hands at the game, and make sure they pass on the opportunity to yet another set of beginners. Keep on passing it on, and it'll get bigger and better each time.

Just to clarify, are the additional 7 offers for the same (or similar) package that 223 originally posted? ie, 1 day / 2 outings / high seat / gear provided if needed? Or is there some variety due to different locations, specific interests, etc? If there's a variety of opportunities, will you try to match beginners with mentors that are most appropriate to their interests, or will it be a "lucky dip", or allocated by region?

my offer still stands as 2 outings (same day) and i can provide the gear no probs.

but for the other stalkers i cant say, it may be 1 outing or 2 dont know, but when i pair a winner with a stalker you can pm them and have a chat.

as you can imagine ive been snowed under with pms, but i will try my best to pick the most deserving winners , as for area wise thats working great for some but not so great for other so be prepaired to get in the car and travel !!!!!!

i must say that although im trying to keep areas in mind ,my main drive is do they fit the criteria ???? i can tell you this is no easy task trawlling through the pms

oh wow thats right! the process of choosing the lucky winners can be a long process in itself. maybe you should set a deadline for the applicants. that way you can then start choosing and eliminating some pms.

but anyway. you guys are amazing! good luck to all the applicants!
