Can anyone help me - I've been given a Ger Leomatic gralloching knife by a friend.
It's very blunt - does anyone know how to correctly sharpen the inner blade which is hard to get to. Ger don't have a dedicated website, and I wasn't given any other instructions.
Any help will be greatly appreciated !
