Any recommendations on a good book on bullet ballistics (rifle) internal and external. Nothing too forensic, more entry level for the experienced reloader?
Rifle Accuracy the Facts by Harold Vaughan is an excellent read to understand what doe and does not affect accuracy
Jim Boatright has submitted several pieces about bullet design along the years that is now being brought into mainstream (well lathe turned solid designs ) such as Warner’s Flat line bullet line
If you search you will fine some on line papers he has written which are quite “heavy” but fascinating
I have some forensic ballistic books in a store cub hord I can’t recall the titles of but they give interesting insight into terminal ballistics (human) but relevant to any organism I guess
