Good food for spaniels

Hi guys
I got myself a lovely little springer a while back and she is doing great.
She was on Harrington sand a little bit of raw chicken mince when I got her. She is in fantastic condition, loads of energy.
The concern is that I can’t any weight on her and she will eat for England.
Any advice on a good food that will fill her up and hopefully help put some weight on?
Maybe I should mention that she is 2.
Regards Dan

Energetic dog, especially a young daft one, will rarely gain weight (not unlike many teenage sporty lads). So as long as she isn't losing weight, doesn't have diarrhoea and is full of energy, don't worry. And ignore your mates who say, "bit skinny isn't she?" Far too many lardarse dogs around.

This.

agree with above .I also give harringtons to my 4yr springer bitch with all the house scraps. I suspect your springer will only gain weight when she gets a little older.

My cocker did this. I changed diets a number of times and wormed her but she was often loose and she really smelled bad. A poo sample found she had gardia. A worm, a hardcore dose of wormer sorted her, after months of head scratching. Don’t overlook this. But like buchan said, if she’s healthy and her coat is good I wouldn’t worry.

Giardia is a protozoa, a single celled parasite, not a worm but we do indeed hammer it with a bog dose of fenbendazole.

I feed my GSP's redmills racer, more in the winter than the summer as obviously they need the extra during the cold times.
They both do very well on it, having previously been on skinners 23.
