Great customer service from Monarch (roesack)

The Monarch roesack is a brilliantly designed and well made piece of kit, to that I can add fantastic customer service from Rob who runs @Monarch Country Products and is a keen stalker himself.

I broke the belt clip on my roesack shutting it in the Hilux back in the dark last night. I dropped Rob an email and he came back to me in minutes saying he'd drop one in the post free of charge, and that he had my contact details (I guess linked to my email address.)

Brilliant after sales service from a British, owner-ran company!
