Hanging deer at home

I do not have access to a garage and as the dogs are in the pantry, I have no where I could put a chiller/ tall fridge within the house. My only other option would appear to be to put a shed in the garden but I already have two sheds (dont ask) and the wife is not too keen (understandably) on a third.
Would it be viable to buy a tall fridge/chiller and just leave it plug outside? (conversion and waterproof electrics, obviously) I could hide it behind the other sheds.
How do people in a similar position hang their stalked deer at home? Thanks

Just butcher after shooting the deer. Or, quarter it and put in fridge for a few days to settle. Or buy a roe safe bet type of arrangement so you can hang outside for a night or two before butchering.

I personally wouldn’t leave exposed electrics outside
