Waterproof pretty indestructible shuts of permanently if you turn backwards not possible accidentally left on if bag gets crushed.

LED lenser MH10
Cracking bit of kit and first class customer service, my original one I left in the living room and my cockerpoo decided to see if the wires would come apart if she chewed it......
I emailed them with exactly what happened and they sent a brand new replacement

I’ve got two Petzl headlamps - a £50 tacticool one and a basic £16 tikka with red LED - which works and is in my shooting bag .... I haven’t used my other one in years - hope I still have it somewhere......

Nitecore HC65 - buy once, cry once!

With 5 brightness levels of white light, auxiliary close-up white, plus the important red light it’s the perfect accompaniment for night shooting. Takes a 18650 battery, (can also be charged via USB port if necessary), which matches some of my NV devices and illuminators, so a couple of spares ensure continuity.

I have a couple Black Diamond and LED Lenser both really good. The led lenser re charges and is very powerful
I have a olite hand held torch which is top notch from The guys at Moray Stalking School so imagine they will be worth a look

Used petzyls for years, black diamond and cheap chinese.

Bushnell made best torch but heavy - so bright though.

Now I have a few of these - great value for money

I’ve got this one which I can’t fault. I use it for stalking, dog walking, running etc and my partner, a farm vet, uses her identical one for operating on cows etc at night. Well worth the £70. Battery lasts well and is usb rechargeable. (I had a petzl non rechargeable one that died on me whilst looking for a deer at night which wasn’t great when I then didn’t have a light to gralloch it with). Good adjustability on the brightness and good flood/spot adjustment on the beam too.
+1 on this.
I also have Petzl, Black diamond and a few cheapos but this is superior to them all in so many ways.
Great as a close up work light, a distant viewing light i.e caving, and anything in between plus will recharge off the car via a mobile charger.

Well worth the £60 - 70 asking price.

Received my head torch from Decathlon today.
Impressed so far and with it being rechargeable always helps
