Carrying dead stuff

Anyone point me in the direction of some sort of rucksack I can put piles of dead pigeons or rabbits in? Maybe a roe deer type size? I don’t want to spend a fortune particularly so wondered about ex MOD bergens or something? Any recommendations?

A second hand roe sack shouldn’t be too expensive.

One with a detachable liner would be advantageous, as you are able to wash the liner out and get rid of some of the smells.

I use ex military bergans for wildfowling, no issues. carry two or three geese or a dozen duck

Depends on how many you shoot, but I used Bergens for years, and they were cheap, long-lasting and did the job

PLCE Army bergen is very capable and comfortable. Line with a black bin liner. I use one for stalking.
Don't like camo? Spraypaint it green (or any other colour you desire).

Cheapest large carrying bag are the Blue Ikea bags for £1 each. They fold up in your pocket and quite easily carry a Roe deer with handles over a shoulder.

Stick them in the washing machine when they get grubby.

Jack pike do a decoy bag thats huge and holds about 50 ish Pidgeon.. I think i paid about £39 for it

I bough a pack of 10 new IKEA bags from ebay about 5 years ago. I use them to carry out roe but have only used 3, just stick them in the washing machine with my stalking trousers

I second something similar, I have a Jack Pyke decoy bag and have had x2 Roe in there.
