Put stuff in the public domain in essence it becomes public property to some extent. (Section 109 fair usage?). It won't mean that someone can claim the origination of your work but others can reproduce it to pass comment on it

Agree. It was a good day and well structured. Not just slideware but also recreated scenarios. I hate role play but it was handled well. Feels like DSC1 - start of a journey, not the end.
Yes agreed role-play can feel awkward but if you can handle it does demonstrate to others like the police that you can cope with a little pressure when it comes to working with them and other emergency services on a real call out.

Hampshire constabulary are looking for more humane animal dispatcher volunteers, if you think you can help here is the starting point.

Hampshire constabulary have now offered there HAD model and training package to other constabularies in a online meeting earlier this month, there has been a good amount of feed back from those constabularies who attended and some are looking to implement there own schemes.

Did my course in Petersfield with Glyn great course and instructor.
Only to told by the Met and Kent police all in house now.
Now with some firearm officers with drawing and police forces being cut down .
I think this may well be re started by them again due to manpower and cost.
Got called out last week by a small rescue Centre only to willing to help them.

What sort of price is this course and do you need an FAC to do the course

I was not asked if I had a FAC when i done my course.
Think it was about £100. or £150. if any help
Just type in Humane dispatch course

Is that a yes or no? 🤷‍♂️
Given the wording of your question, it's not just a simple Y or N answer. And considering you've responded to this thread a couple of times, I thought you were just being provocative. I'm sorry if I misunderstood.

Depends on the constabulary.

TVP called me out earlier this month, and the PC onsite told me that there was an ARV available if the HAD volunteer couldn't get to the incident within the hour. Fortunately it was only 30 minutes away from me.
How do you find TVP? Did my HAD ages ago and have been trying to get them to add me to the list but nobody comes back to me 🤷🏼‍♂️

I am not sure who is running their HAD scheme these days, as there have been a few changes in personnel. When they call me out, which they do occasionally, they often mention that they are going through a list of HAD volunteers until someone answers, but sadly I’ve no idea who administers this list.

If your Hampshire based you maybe interested in doing this course.

This is the new DMQ HAD award course

This is a recognised qualification as a requisite to join the Hampshire led scheme.

I'm in West Sussex, but may be interested, if you'll have me.
