Several of my customers have them and they haven't said any thing negative , but I have noticed that one of them hasn't got it set right as there is a foot wide head land that he has to cut .
Looking to get myself a couple of these things over winter. Looking at the husqvarna as an option but i have quite a few areas to exclude so getting it set up right seems to be key to satisfaction. Mate has the viking running over an acre for the last two years and its pretty impressive. It does not like apples but seems to cope pretty well with the task. Watching what his copes with has convinced me to go down the same route. Pretty expensive overall at £2k plus £1k for install but worth it for the time and fuel savings of having to cut it myself.
My existing mowers Honda 2417 ride on and 18inch honda petrol cost about £400 a year for service and £350 for fuel which will go a fair way to off setting the purchase cost. If we get wet weather I am often struggling to keep on top of the mowing but the robots can cut through the nights.
Two of my clients have husqvarna and they are very good. You just program it for certain areas and of it goes, clean wheels regularly and change blades ever so often, You still need to strimmer the edges ect but minimal time.
