If its priced at a certain key-cutting chain usually attached to Stresco then that's exactly the same as I was quoted for my safe. Then I went to a local man and he did the job for £10!

Similar experience. I like the company’s ethos and the work they do with ex-forces and those being rehabilitated but sometimes, the premiums are staggering. Thankfully, for some things, the convenience factor takes the edge off a slightly higher price.

If you remove the lock from the door you’ll probably find it’s just a normal 5 lever mortise dead lock which you can buy complete with a pair of keys for around £50!
