Is booking a 3 person guided stalk possible ?

I can, but it would be a 1x2 and a1x1 .
I've enough land where I could take 4 clients without conflicting with each other.
But they would be 1x2 clients, or 1x1. Every group of client up to 2 would have a professional guide.
Also depends on time of year. Muntjac, I do not start until November, same time as the CWD.

Why not book with an outfitter with a team of guides so you can each stalk 1 to 1 but need up and discuss in the evening? I guide for a couple of firms that do this, usually several days at a time and with groups of foreign clients that know each other. The stalking is better as you'd be guided individually and the social is good too. Often guides will be invited to drinks after stalking if not dinner with the guests in the evening

as a few have mentioned already the more people in your stalking group the more it reduces your chances of success and puts a lot of pressure on your stalker/guide.
You mentioned shooting muntjac. I have never shot muntjac but that style of stalking sounds to be more opportunistic stalking where you get a short moment of opportunity to snap shoot a hare sized deer before it disappears into the undergrowth probably off sticks or out of a high seat. This style of shooting is not very easy for a novice as realistically they probably wouldn't have found it in the scope before its disappeared.
Hill stalking for red deer in Scotland on the other hand is a much different discipline where you spot your deer from a very long way off (eg. 500m) and go in for the long stalk for an hour or so and often you can have a long time to take your shot from a prone (lying down) position with a bipod and this allows a novice to safely and humanely shoot a deer.
For that reason I would reccomend hill stalking may be more appropriate for what you are looking for. I know lots of novices that have had successful stalks this way ...

I’ve taken three clients out. Total of four people It’s hard work, making sure they are all doing what you want them to do. They all want to see what’s happening and be involved. I’d never do it again.
