It's growing on me!

I've tested a Hatsan Luxarno today prior to purchase.
What the heck is a Luxarno anyway?
It comes with two barrels. I've settled on the short one.
After some stock adjustments and boy is it chunky it comes up quite consistently but with the long barrel on it doesn't seem to line up as nicely??
I added a smear of grease to the action spring and magazine spring which hushed up it operation loading or unloading.
So far it's taken a few squirrels, crows, pigeon and four pheasants. Of course I missed plenty but no worse than normal for me with any shotgun.
I like it's operation and firing cycle also.
And if you're sitting down....I even tried steel shot!! Just standard pressure Hull hydra wad mumbo jumbo and, err no, not impressed at all sorry, not for the cost anyway.
I also shot some sg and lg loads. LG loads were eley. Not especially good but the old S&B sg at fifty yards would of killed a fox!
I know it's large shot and very random but also considering I just threw the gun up and shot it was confidence inspiring.

I know it's a Hatistani but it does carry a superior proof mark a Fleur de lyes mark.
I abstained from shooting snipe but enjoyed mounting the gun on them, all looked good to be honest. I also left the hen pheasants.
What ya fink?

As discussed already Smelly - for the money you get a helluva lot of artillery, 5 chokes, a walnut stock and a hard case!
I am delighted with mine and love the 25inch barrel and cylinder choke but wouldn’t want to walk into my local Post Office with it…
As per an earlier thread I bought mine for a goose shooting trip after a failure with an Armsan and a Baikal. It has taken everything I can put in it and cycled from 24gms up to 50 something gms flawlessly. The 27 inch barrel and 1/4 choke has served me well for pigeons too. Not sure about SG or LG but then we don’t get many TRex over here…..
Maybe time will present problems but so far it is an excellent shotgun and cheap as chips. The Hatsan promo video is worth a watch too….
Enjoy it pal!

Interesting choice - clearly does the job! I tend to buy second-hand shot guns - my current go-to semi-auto was in a clearance sale with a faulty ejector, so cheap to buy, cheap to fix. Did you consider Browning/ Beretta/Benelli etc. vs Turkish copies or doesn’t it matter? Great pics and outcome!

Hmmm, it's kind of strange...
I like Remington's, too heavy. I like the earlier Berretta autos but they are battered about or I only see the silly looking ones.
I don't really see many Browning's.

I'll try anything and if it mounts well or can be adjusted I get interested. I like Winchester autos also but they tend to not be adjustable, I think the newer ones are though...?
Plus this is the so called future proof....

I take it back tomorrow, do a deal then have another look in the armoury, might end up trying another!

Agreed, I’m the same. I settled on Benelli because they are adjustable, reasonable cost when used, difficult to break and steel shot proof. Most importantly, they come up well - on me and I can hit stuff.

Perhaps the Boys anti tank rifle? 🤤

Well now there's a twist 🤦.
I took the Luxarno back and took another look in the armoury and there was a sleek very tidy benelli looking at me!
Firstly it comes up spot on, second it's 3" and has the high pressure stamp!
No idea what model, just says premium plus.
It's the model with an integral barrel and receiver of steel. Quite light and slim.
One choke, skeet.
Anyone know what it is?
