Ivermectin, for the interested

Trumpster conspiracy theory is gaining credibility
Quite how bats which are found some 1000 miles away from Wuhan managed to first mutate to jump species without leaving a 'tail' as SARS 1 and MERS did, and then bring the virus directly into Wuhan without managing to infect any living thing or any one person en route, now that's a clever bat!

Rubio & Jordan were asking interesting questions of Dr Fauci and co about it and the US connections to the Wuhan lab the other day, interestingly enough...

CV19 can’t possibly have come from the lab escape in Wuhan as the Chinese government assured us it didn’t and this was verified by the WHO as they sent a “Crack team” to investigate and they said it didn’t escape from a lab in Wuhan that was studying COVID in bats in a town where the first Doctor to put the Virus in to the public forum was arrested and subsequent died allegedly of CV19 . Nothing to see here folks

Wuhan chief scientist researching ’gain of function’ among corona viruses, Dr Shi (aka the ’bat’ woman) apparently is on record from several years ago, writing in her journal to the effect of ‘God help us if one of these viruses ever escapes’, and also even questioned the wisdom of conducting the ’gain of function’ area of research; sure, if a virus’s pathway from beast to human can be ‘second-guessed’, but in advance of time, ie before it naturally evolves, there may potentially be benefits to mankind in helping prevent a pandemic; but, if things go wrong....

Covid-19 lab-leak theory puts Wuhan research in spotlight

Listen its all Trump's fault. It didn't come from the lab because WHO investigated it already.

I prefer listen to our resident ABC health expert. He sounded very convincing that based in Perth he would be better briefed than the President of the USA.

Can you not just listen to the science?

said something ...
OK perhaps this is due a reprise.

Dr John Campbell (not actually a medical doctor, but got a PhD .about training nurses, of which he was one) is, actually always was, a dreary bore. Who seems to have no life except to burble on and on about the lurgi, lacing things nowadays with paranoid conspiracy theories and borderline racism. Well, whatever, he splurges out this stuff every day of the week, I am guessing it takes up pretty much all of his time, so either he is bonkers, or just massively obsessive, or is financially incentivised to carry on putting out this BS for as long as anyone remains interested, or just mildly amused by the pretentiousness.

He still seems to have a love-in with Dr. Tess Daly who is dead keen on ivermectin. Although he seems not to talk so much about her nowadays. Along with "The BIRD Group". This lot: BiRD Group Not that she has any professional knowledge or experience with the stuff. Her PhD. and professional work being about all about childcare, neo and post natal. Nevertheless, she has made a big thing about this (along with many others), being a bandwagon that seems unstoppable. To the extent that she has set up her own "Community Interest Company" (look up what a CIC is, they can be well dodgy), and go-fund-me raiser to extract at least £100,000 from the gullible. Which has been taken down at least once by Gofundme, for unspecified reasons. Seems to be live at the moment, seems that she has got £27,000 so far. To do what exactly ?

OK, call me a doubter, but I am absolutely certain that the stuff has been rigorously evaluated by serious people, and found to be wanting. If not worthless. Otherwise we might be able to buy it over the counter. Despite its very much known hazards. This is not something that you can gobble down like paracetamol (don't do that) or cough sweets.

Pabulum for the masses ? Or just pabulum for the pseudo intellectuals ? Or just a waste of time but if you live somewhere without anything else, maybe a crutch to lean on.

Just get vaxed.

What are pseudo intellectuals?

All those poor Indians, Mexicans, Czechs, Peruvians, South Africans, etc, all thinking they have been cured or otherwise made well again because of something that doesnt work.... and them Finns, I don’t get why they just don’t ask your advice before patenting ‘useless‘ stuff...

Maybe should have been used from the onset??? Who knows??? Might have been a completely different picture today... Deaths have fallen in countries using it.

And some more stuff by some other ‘dreary bore’:

(study results around 18mins in)

It seems like the Israelis are also ’barking up the wrong tree’ 🤔 along with the others in Colombia and Bangladesh whose studies mirror those of Prof Eli Schwartz and co.🤫😷 Looking forward to the in house studies by our own SD ‘boffins’ ...

The ‘dreary’ Dr with some interesting temporal correlations (too early to say cause:effect) when Ivermectin begun to be widely adopted in India as a therapeutic and preventative intervention, if you are time poor, try between 05:00-08:10mins:

Not quite the bell curve with long tail, something altogether a bit more dramatic.

Just a close up of that graph of the cases in India, showing where Ivermectin was rolled out against the now 'all-consuming'"90% more infectious" variant from India, now being presaged by Mr Handcock and the BBC as the next calamitous instalment in our ongoing National soap.

Much like Eastenders or Breakfast Time, Countryfile, delete as preferred (if only we could) etc, it would appear that these 'ivermectin deniers' would rather continue to terrorise the public at large than now actually see their pet project put to bed...

What bit of the precipitous drop-off are you having difficulty in understanding, Mr Handcock?
