January's prize winners of the Site Supporters are as follows.

Potshotpat £100 to spend with Spud reloading.
Tommy2bucks £100 to spend with Spud reloading.
243 Lee wins a set of Limulus's famous stalking sticks.

With all these new members joining its a shame more people don't support this site, it helps us maintain the site, whilst also helping to support a number of members through their DSC 1 course. This is free, and will be advertised later in the early spring.
Whilst the classified section of this site is FREE to use, I am now seriously considering making a charge for its use. The amount of people using it and giving little or nothing back to this site has grown to such an extent that it has become more time consuming for us owners. It may also stop some of the less honest people advertising their wares.

I see you’ve spelt my name incorrectly again......

This is just a thought, don't shoot me down...

Would the supporters' club be more appealing if the prizes were changed regularly and/or bit more universally desirable?
I won once, years ago, and never actually bought anything with my £100 of spud reloading money because I didn't reload and couldn't decide on anything I really wanted from there 🤷‍♂️
Likewise, I don't really want/need a new set of limilus sticks, if I won them I'd end up giving them away or asking @sikamalc to re-draw.
I still support because I think I've benefited plenty from the forum and it's nice to give a bit back. However, if you want to entice people via the prize draw it needs to be prizes people definitely want.
The obvious, though dull, option being vouchers for a decent online seller with a wide product offering...

Bank it of cash it might not be terrible for certian prizes, things like sticks it could be reasonable to assume one may not need two or potentially a third pair and would rather the retail price (or a little less) for the value, but I realise businesses are likely donating or pricing down items for the TSD and probably isn't really an option.

Never looked at the prizes and what's often offered, but It also might not be terrible to have four categories "Airgun, Rifle, Shotgun, and Reloading" when opting for supporter, If someone selects all four they have regular amount of tickets entered, for each subject *not* selected there chances go up for there respective categories by one ticket too account for technically forfeiting potential prizes.

So basically If someone wanted to axe reloading prizes, they could add that +1 to there respective category (e.g shotguns) and have two tickets and double there chances each time an item of that catigory appears, If they had rifle and airguns selected those would remain at the regular ticket count and obviously only could win once.

I think I will join here eventually, probably sometime this year soon as financially I'm back on my feet.

Not a daft suggestion/idea at all....
However, as the forum/site is run on a non profit basis - or at least on a cost covering basis. It would be up to the three moderators to start chasing around looking for sponsorship or looking for a bigger financial return before they could start providing cash alternatives. I've thought about donating a prize now and again, but i don't think my bank account could cope with offering a decent prize every month and I feel sure that the trade members would be reluctant to dive in with prizes unless they were running at a decent profit, which seems to be harder to come by at the present time.
I am extremely grateful to Limulus and Spud for their continued generosity.......despite them losing my name every month..... but until there are other donors, that's the way it is...

Why does everything become so complimicated on here, If you want to support become a supporters.
As a quick guess the money you pay goes to 3 monthly prizes, several sponsored level 1 courses, running the site and last but not least several bottles of something strong for dealing with all the crap that goes with it.
