Knife sheath mod - can anyone help?

I'm looking to repurpose a Fallkniven sheath for another knife. It fits perfectly but I need to move the clasp down an inch.

Anyone on here able to do this for me?

Looks like I can buy a rivet kit online but I'd end up with dozens of unused rivets and a tool I'll never use again, would rather pay someone who knows what they're doing
