I have a series 2 bonnet with the wheel depression as a build start. Oh and 2 rhd headlights off of a LR lightweight, hate to just throw them all in the skip. They are in Bavaria though, I might be back in the UK next Feb.
That actually looks in pretty good condition for something that has to be around 60 years old
I’m a little rusty, some of my seals have gone and joints are worn apart from that I too am in pretty good condition for over 60 years old.

Well folks, I've placed a deposit on a Defender and all being well it should be coming home in a little over a week!

A 300tdi 90 hardtop
Needs a fair bit of cosmetic TLC (new rear door, possible rear quarter panels and a touch up of some paintwork) and I'd like to put a cubby box in place of the middle seat but structurally very good and has had a fair bit invested already.

I have had 8 new defenders not a bad tub and hold their money well (if you can keep hold of them) Run a Dmax now would not go back for a gold clock I would buy a reck without hesitation and rebuild it.

I would like a 110 station wagon eventually, maybe. But at the moment I don't need the extra seats and there'll be plenty of room for what I need. Besides, I don't think I'd get a 110 on my drive, with their titanic-like turning circle and the way folk park around here...
Not to mention grounding every time you get into some serious off-road terrain, the difference in load bed is inches.
Just put a set of decent aggressive tyres (Insa Turbos) on and you can go anywhere.
