The commencement date for this section isn’t clear because it isn’t one of the sections specifically listed here, so I’m not sure if deregulation has actually happened yet

That’s BSA R10 owners screwed then. A stupid law to replace a stupid law. Consistency at least.

They aren't deregulated yet. As far as I understand it there needs to be a further commencement order to bring the other sections in to force.
