Wanted: Lost post

There was a post here recently of an opportunity to hunt driven Boar in Turkey towards the end of January, very reasonably priced too.
I would liked to have known a bit more about this opportunity but was unable to ask at the time and now the post seems to have disappeared, is it because it was filled so quickly and the poster has removed it, is that probably the reason for it's disappearance ?

Having seen the recent successful scams on the forum from a guy in Kent, does anyone really trust a new member with only 6 posts, no previous mention/interests in boar. All of a sudden, they advertise a very reasonably priced boar trip outside of site rules. No alarm bells?

I didn't realise it was a trade advert, I thought it was just a guy whose group he was going to Turkey with was c couple of guns short so was hoping to help any members of SD. Even if it was a scam it would soon be found out when questioned further. I've had a really bad Christmas and been let down on a trip in early January so this trip sounded like a god send.

Been with George Mark, had to wait two hours for them to clear a junk room out to give me the single room I booked and paid for had a bed and chair with a shared bath room along a corridor. it was a four day hunt and at the two day part some of the guys went to the city for the other two days because they said they hadn't seen any pigs, I took the last two days and didn't see a pig, enjoyed the company and food and the price was good.
I posted a picture of what was taken on the first couple of drives, about five pigs I think and George took offence because I didn't post any of the final drive, which weren't many more anyway. That was in his early days and have heard good reports of his trips since.
As regards the missing post, I thought it was posted by a member of a group going but was short of a couple of guns, not a trader who was worried his group might not go if the number didn't make the trip viable.
Until recently I was taking groups to Croatia but invited people I knew and friends of those to make up the groups but a member of the last group I took, all Irish, approached my contact and asked for more high volume hunts and offered more money so I am now no longer in charge over there. Now health and age has slowed me down so that doesn't help either. Just for info I'll attach a copy of the prize I used to give for the biggest Keiler and a joke booby prize.

Well I have been with George twice on Boar and once on Reds. Cant fault any of it.

Yes I have heard good things about him since his early days.
In his early days it was more or less a part time job as his main job was working in London but now he has become more professional his contacts have improved but his fees have only raised slightly.
So good value and more variety too.

Had 2x with George 1st one was great he was there. 2nd one he was back in London and the local hired help were not up to it IMO, no backrests were on the stands just a plank to sit on, it was a 4 day trip and we cancelled after 2 days due to both of us having bad backs. Had to be put in a different nearby hotel too as somehow it had been overbooked you cannot run these from afar so all in all a disappointing jaunt. Just my experience.
