Some kind of parasite infection maybe? Lung worm?

I don’t think lungworm .

I'd be out with my knife and cutting in. I'm going for lungworm, but they are huge lesions, possible not affecting the beast

In addition to the lungworm possibility it looks a little bit like Pulmonary Adenocarcinoma as seen in sheep. Strange in a youngster though, did you cut into it?
