Im blown away :lol:

just been onto there customer service page to complain about my crap MDT mag,
i filled the bit out that said speak to a human, took me 10 mins to explain it all fully, hit send, instantly it said im connected to an agent,
my first question was am i speaking to a human or stupid machine, a millisecond later the reply was, a machine, but a very capable one,
to which i said, i will be the judge of that,

so i have to type my problem out again, and again in a milli second i had a reply with all sorts of solutions, also asking me several questions back like it was a human who knew there stuff and actually cared,
so another longish reply by me with a few questions thrown in, there responses and times have really spun my head, proper answers, not like generated at all. all questions and queries answered in one go in a split second,
 
It could have been far worse if GRS and/or their UK Importer. You would be hard pressed to encounter a manufacturer with greater indifference to customer service, and that's prior to receipt of their product!
