Hi, can anyone recommend a company that can proven a medical record report for my f/a and s/g renewal? I can forsee my gp practice being difficult to deal with, many thanks Nick.

You still need the practice to release the medical docs to the independent. 6 weeks into my daughter’s last request I I to threaten action based on their breach of the SAR process. I have now changed practice - the tardy approach to release of our records wasn’t the only issue with them. Couldn’t get a medical appointment after hanging on the line for hours only to be cut off at lunch time I used an independent (via the BASC but not Shootercert) for both of my children’s renewal and they were excellent!

I was thinking I was going to have an issue with how quick they told me no. Was pleasantly surprised they had such a fast turn around.
