Yup, fill in the form, cut it out, enclose the appropriate sum on a postal order, send it away, and await new moderator by return.
Hmmm… it depends on how the law is interpreted and on whom the onus is to check whether the buyer has the appropriate authority (FAC/SGC) to posses an S1 moderator.

If the onus is on the seller then I imagine many will still insist on face to face sales to cover themselves, given the new offence relating to a “relevant accessory” which has been created.

If the onus falls on the buyer then I imagine a simple photocopy of FAC/SGC or written statement from the buyer that they are compliant with the law will suffice, similar to how some retailers ship airgun mods in the post currently after confirming with the buyer that they will be used on airguns only

Driving for 30+ yrs I do believe that car licenses have been in a worse mess than firearm licenses for some time.:(
